I had a dream team that saved me from my AUD but I was still planning to drink at a year sober. I found TNM and it changed everything and my life got PRETTIER and PRETTIER ! Loved your story Halima. It's wonderful when we get the forum to tell our stories. Most of us are dying to tell them. I'm not at the place where "everything ' is better, but I'm 20 days AF and enjoying the freedom. The habit still calls to me but I have a new dialogue that include 'self love' and that's where I am at. congrats on your 1 year. Thanks for sharing.

This was a great story but I do want to say I was in iop and I was one of those who said as wasn't for me and I went to a few different ones at first. I've finally found one that I've been to for several time for one week and so far it's been awesome working the steps but the friend should not have been pushy so I hear ya.
